Yes. All brackets, weigh-ins and seedings run through Smoothcomp under the Superhero Kids federation.
What rule set is used?+
Full IBJJF kids rule set — including time limits, advantages and weight divisions per belt level and age group.
Does my academy need to qualify?+
No qualification required. All teams are welcome at every event — just register directly on Smoothcomp.
Do coaches get reserved access?+
Every coach gets VIP access and is warmly welcomed at our events — free entry, no ticket required.
Do the kids really compete in costume?+
Costumes and capes are welcome for the ceremony and photos. On the mat, athletes compete in a regulation gi.
